At Navgati, Anusha leads the Assessment and Development centre team. She has spent most of her career understanding competencies and finding creative ways to give individuals feedback on them. Her objectivity and keen eye for detail ensures that the feedback her team gives leaders is both insightful and supportive. Her Masters in Psychology helps her create strong assessments, mine insights from them and also find ways to keep her team motivated. <\/p>\n
Anusha also has a background in expressive arts, has been an entrepreneur, is a facilitator and has the rare capacity to excel at anything she puts her mind to. <\/p>\n
