{"id":18861,"date":"2023-09-20T08:12:50","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T08:12:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/projects.rapidmind.in\/navgati\/?page_id=18861"},"modified":"2024-04-15T12:56:09","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T12:56:09","slug":"coaching-fee-survey","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projects.rapidmind.in\/navgati\/coaching-fee-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Coaching Fee Survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"font-family: 'Griffy-Regular';\">How much can I charge as a coach?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">We did a benchmarking study this year in March-April 2023 (our first study was done in April 2021) to understand how much coaches were charging in the Indian market.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">The results were very helpful, especially for beginner coaches where deciding how much to charge for coaching can be a difficult issue. There are often questions about belief in one\u2019s own capability (\u201cI\u2019m not certified\u201d \u201cAm I good enough to ask people to pay me?\u201d) and these are compounded by the lack of information about what the market will bear. <\/p>\n<p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">From all our work with supporting coaches on their journey, it&#8217;s really not easy for people to figure out what they should be charging &#8211; not enough information about the market, questions about one&#8217;s competence as a coach, deeper seated issues about money&#8230;.a lot of these can come in the way of coaches charging as much as their work is worth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">I&#8217;m delighted to present our survey results done amongst practicing coaches, all of whom charge for the work they do.
