The program is tailored to provide first-time managers with the necessary tools, insights, and support to thrive in their new leadership roles. Participants also receive one on one coaching with a trained coach to think through the issues they are facing and introspect on how they are using the new skills learnt.<\/p>\n<p>Through the program, participants will also realize they are not alone in their struggles and gain resilience by understanding that their experiences are part of a regular process.
