A firm believer that “people are people, not resources”<\/strong>, Rahul champions the human side of work and life.<\/p>\n Since 2019, he\u2019s been a solopreneur, juggling hats as a facilitator, teacher, and advisor. At Navgati, he facilitates programs on leadership development and influencing. As an Adjunct Faculty with BITS Pilani’s WILP, he teaches courses on Product Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement. He\u2019s also been spotted sharing wisdom at institutions like Masters Union and Scaler School of Business..<\/p>\n Rahul is a proud alumnus of NIT Calicut – although he insists on calling it “REC” because that\u2019s what it was called back in his day!<\/em> – and holds a post-grad in IT from IIIT Bangalore.<\/p>\n When not working, you\u2019ll find him on two wheels – either cycling or plotting his next biking adventure.
