Centered, self-aware, intelligent, dignified, her style of facilitation is one that you have to experience to believe.<\/p>\n<p><p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">Smita leads the work that we do in the space of emotional intelligence, conflict management and assertiveness. She also runs workshops on people management skills. She\u2019s facilitated over a thousand workshops for a range of participants and the experience shows in the calm, easy way in which she is able to help people deepen their awareness of themselves.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">The doctor in our group, Smita is a practising homoeopath. Her work in the clinical area has been directed towards helping people gain greater awareness and discovering options in the prevention and management of personal health. She also practices as a counsellor with a background in Transactional Analysis and NLP. Her work has been in the areas of personal growth and change. <\/p>\n<p class=\"lalign ubunR font14\">Smita is also quite a dancer with a repertoire ranging from salsa to bollywood.
