Have you heard these or similar \u201ctoo-much-isms\u201d about yourself? If, like Goldilocks, you have been searching for what \u201cjust right\u201d means Stand Tall may be the end of your quest.<\/p>\n

We are delighted to announce the 10th batch<\/strong> of our open program for women in leadership<\/strong>. This is a topic that all of us at Navgati are passionate about \u2013 we believe that the world needs more women in leadership roles and over the years, we have designed a range of creative learning interventions focused on helping women become as potent as they could be.<\/p>\n

You may be wondering why this special focus on women \u2013 don\u2019t all leaders need to focus on personal growth? Absolutely they do but the reality is that women face a unique set of external and internal challenges. External challenges like unconscious bias, social conditioning and gender role expectations; internal challenges like discomfort with ambition; talking about their work; focusing overly on their jobs vs their careers..<\/p>\n

Stand Tall is an experiential and impactful leadership program for women from across industries that runs over a period of 12 weeks. In the course of this journey, participants will<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Explore beliefs that they have about themselves and replace beliefs that hold them back<\/li>\n
  • Recognise and leverage the strengths that they bring to their roles<\/li>\n
  • Develop the crucial assertive skills that they need<\/li>\n
  • Recognise and let go of some self-sabotaging behaviours<\/li>\n
  • \nTake charge of their careers and create a personal brand for themselves<\/li>\n
  • Project confidence through their communication and presence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The journey is structured as an easy-to-attend-for-busy-professionals series of 1\/2 day webinars, interspersed with 1:1 coaching and Nudges that invite action on the introspection from the workshop.<\/p>\n

    Who is it for? Women with more than 10 years of professional experience<\/p>\n

    The program is designed to allow for plenty of peer learning and participants will walk away with a strong supportive network of fellow leaders.<\/p>\n
